In Good Working Condition

Always me plus you,
Now that's smart addition.
Truth be told,
We're in good working condition.
The day we met at the river,
The drawer of mine at your place.
Moving in together,
Just to see the smile on your face.
A few years from now,
We'll say "I do" someday.
Have kids of our own,
And never apart we shall stay.
Ups and downs will come,
Times will get rough.
You own my heart and soul,
I'll keep my head up and stay tough.
Our legacy we'll leave,
When it comes the end.
Spend our whole lives together,
Lovers and best friends.

I've Got A Secret (Part IV)

Rock and roll,
Party by night.
Glitter and guitars,
Sleep by light.
The beauty on stage,
Someone so tough.
Denying every word you sing,
But the rocker calls my bluff.
He knows what I keep,
Traveling near and far.
Two thousand miles away,
I'm in love with a rockstar.
Singing me to sleep,
Never ever knowing.
Just a face in the crowd,
But still I keep going.
Maybe one day it'll happen,
Someday he'll see.
I'm his inspiration,
Nothing else can be.

Little Red Riding Hood

Never let them see you falter,
Chin up, back straight.
They don't want us to grow up,
But it's a little too late.
Take the unforsaken road,
Of the way less taken.
Deep, deep inside,
Something has awaken.
There's a fork in the road,
And he did what he could.
Straying from the path,
Little Red Riding Hood.
It's time to do your own thing,
But always keep in mind.
The worlds a big, big place,
And not everyone is so kind.
Beware of the Big Bad Wolf,
In the darkness he resides.
He'll try to bring you down,
But never ever hide.
Keep strong day to day,
Smile when you sleep.
You'll find your way,
And faith you shall keep.

Seems Like Just Yesterday

Remember being little,
And Magikarp used splash?
It always seemed to fail,
You were dead in a flash.
Wishing you were a Powerpuff Girl,
So you could fly all around.
Using your super powers,
Never touching the ground.
School was so easy,
One plus one equaled two.
Nap time was taken for granted,
Everything was big to you.
Now you're grown up,
Still got a ways to go.
Not knowing what to do,
Just going with the flow.
One day you'll be old,
You're imagination will stray.
Never let go of those memories,
Forever young you will stay.

Bubbles From My Cauldron

So listen to me now,
Here's a little ditty.
A small bit blan,
And not too witty.
Some people sneer,
And call me a bitch.
But you're under my spell,
I'd call that a witch.
Abra cadabra,
Toil and touble.
Bubbles from my cauldron,
Now you're seeing double.
I know exactly what I want,
And who I want to be.
My crystal ball shows all,
You belong with me.

I'm Finally Taking A Stand

Talk like this,
And dress like that.
You're too opinionated,
You're a little too fat.
They think they can control me,
I'm not a damn machine.
I'm a little too revealing,
I'm a little too mean.
Who's to say I can't get sleazy?
Who's to say I'm not allowed to cuss?
I'm finally taking a stand,
Hell, make a fuss.
I am who I am,
And I plan to stay.
I'm walking my own path,
I'm making my own way.
I'm not trying to be something I'm not,
And I hope that everyone sees.
You might call me insane,
But I'm just being me.
So I'll cut up my shirts,
'Cause I don't give a shit.
I'll stand and watch,
As they all give a fit.

I Wrote To Say I'm Sorry

Dear, dear love,
The heart I hurt.
I must admit,
I sit and cry in your shirt.
I wrote to say I'm sorry,
For all the pain I caused.
I ran from your love,
I'm so sorry I paused.
I miss my best friend,
And the smile on your face.
I miss when I was sad,
The warmth of your embrace.
I'm completely vulnerable,
But it's all my fault.
I understand if you don't pick up,
Bring my breathing to a halt.
You wouldn't listen,
I swear I didn't string you along.
I never got the time of day,
Everything ended so wrong.
I can say I miss you,
And promise I'll always be here.
But you won't care at all,
That's what I fear.
So I'll sit here and I'll wait,
As I bid you a bittersweet adieu.
Farewell to it all,
I love you.
